Scott began his career in the UK,starting with the family owed custom home building business. In 1988 he opened and ran two extremely popular and sucessful pubs in Sotland for 11 years (one of which still bears his name), as well as starting a commercial leasing business in 1992 that rented office space to the UK government. After emigrating to Canada in 1999, Scott began his real estate career in Oakville with Royal Lepage and in 2000 he received his first industry recognitian award for Rookie of the Year and just one year later, his first of many Director's Paltinum Awards. In 2010 Scott moved to Century 21 where he has received the Centurian Producer Award for both 2010 and 2011.
Having spent time in the family business Scott developed a love for building. He has built custom homes both in the UK and in Oakville. His knowledge of general contracting, keen sense of design and expansive list of contacts make him an invaluable asset to buyers and sellers alike.
Although born in UK, Scott spent some of his formative years in Oakville while attending high school. After which he returned to Scotland where he spent several years playing professional soccer and completing his Scottish Football Association coaching certificate. When he emigrated to Canada with his family 12 years ago he decided to return to Oakville because he felt it was an ideal community for raising his two sons. He also continued his love for soccer by coaching both Oakville rep teams and international goalkeepers for the Canadian Soccer Association.
His personal experience has helped him assist many families that have relocated to Oakville and the surraounding area.
